Una mujer es investigada por la Ertzaintza tras estafar m\u00e1s de 46.000 euros a Lanbide<\/h2>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

La Ertzaintza, tras recibir un informe de Lanbide, ha abierto diligencias como investigada a una mujer por un delito de estafa en la recepci\u00f3n de la Renta de Garant\u00eda de Ingresos y la Prestaci\u00f3n Complementaria de Vivienda. La cantidad defraudada asciende a 46.380 euros.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

A principios de este a\u00f1o, el Servicio de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal Territorial de Bizkaia de la Ertzaintza (SICTB) recibi\u00f3 un informe de Lanbide en el que se informaba de una serie de irregularidades cometidas por una beneficiaria en la recepci\u00f3n de la prestaci\u00f3n de la Renta de Garant\u00eda de Ingresos y la Prestaci\u00f3n Complementaria de Vivienda.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Desde el SICTB se realiz\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n en la que se llevaron a cabo diferentes consultas tanto con organismos auton\u00f3micos como estatales e internacionales que permitieron confirmar que se hab\u00eda venido produciendo un fraude a Lanbide desde noviembre de 2020, por un importe de 46.380 euros. Por ello, se procedi\u00f3 a abrir diligencias como investigada a la mujer que cometi\u00f3 esta estafa y se pusieron en conocimiento de la Autoridad Judicial.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
