{"id":12727,"date":"2025-06-16T12:57:30","date_gmt":"2025-06-16T12:57:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogemergencias.es\/index.php\/2025\/06\/16\/comite-de-etica-de-la-investigacion-con-medicamentos-ceim-regional-de-la-comunidad-de-madrid\/"},"modified":"2025-06-16T12:57:30","modified_gmt":"2025-06-16T12:57:30","slug":"comite-de-etica-de-la-investigacion-con-medicamentos-ceim-regional-de-la-comunidad-de-madrid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogemergencias.es\/index.php\/2025\/06\/16\/comite-de-etica-de-la-investigacion-con-medicamentos-ceim-regional-de-la-comunidad-de-madrid\/","title":{"rendered":"Comit\u00e9 de \u00c9tica de la Investigaci\u00f3n con Medicamentos (CEIm) Regional de la Comunidad de Madrid"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Actualmente hay 19 Comit\u00e9s de \u00c9tica de la Investigaci\u00f3n (CEI)\u00a0en la Comunidad de Madrid: 18 corresponden a otros tantos centros sanitarios hospitalarios y uno correspondiente al CEIm Regional, formado por representantes de los restantes comit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Todos los CEI\u00a0se rigen por una normativa de \u00e1mbito nacional: la contenida en el\u00a0Real Decreto 1090\/2015\u00a0y\u00a0en las Normas de Buena Pr\u00e1ctica Cl\u00ednica (CPMP\/ICH\/135\/95), adem\u00e1s del Decreto 39\/94 de la Comunidad de Madrid.<\/p>\n<p>Parte de su contenido es p\u00fablico y puede ser solicitado a cada uno de ellos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Composici\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Funciones<\/li>\n<li>\u00c1mbito de actuaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Periodicidad de las reuniones y anticipaci\u00f3n de la convocatoria<\/li>\n<li>Plazos de evaluaci\u00f3n y respuesta<\/li>\n<li>Documentaci\u00f3n a presentar<\/li>\n<li>N\u00famero de copias.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A partir de enero de 2018, en virtud de lo indicado en el Real Decreto 1090\/2015, los que antes se denominaban CEIC pasaron a ser acreditados como CEI (Comit\u00e9s de \u00c9tica de la Investigaci\u00f3n) o como CEIm (Comit\u00e9s de \u00c9tica de la Investigaci\u00f3n con Medicamentos).<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n se enumeran los <strong>CEI &#8211;
