En estos casos, la v\u00edctima act\u00faa creyendo que la situaci\u00f3n es real cuando en realidad se trata de un fraude.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:16px; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Seg\u00fan los datos recabados, las modalidades m\u00e1s frecuentes han sido:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-top:16px; text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px; margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"\/><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">La estafa de la \u201climpieza del tejado\/canal\u00f3n\u201d, que consiste en, mediante enga\u00f1o, ofrecer servicios de limpieza para aprovechar a robar bajantes y\/o canalones.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:16px; text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px; margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"\/><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Estafa del \u201cfalso operario\u201d, donde, aprovechando obras o reformas en el edificio, acceden a los interiores de los domicilios con la excusa de realizar alg\u00fan trabajo en el mismo y sustraen pertenencias.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:16px; text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px; margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"\/><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Timo del \u201ctocomocho\u201d, que consiste en ofrecer boletos de loter\u00eda supuestamente premiados a cambio de una cantidad importante, pero menor al importe del premio.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:16px; text-align:justify; margin-bottom:13px; margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"\/><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Timo del \u201cafilador\u201d, consistente en ofrecer servicios de afilado de herramientas a empresas a precios bajos, pero que posteriormente piden una cantidad desmesurada por el trabajo realizado. Generalmente, va aparejado un delito de extorsi\u00f3n ya que los responsables de las empresas se niegan a abonar esas altas cantidades.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-top:16px; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><b><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Consejos de la Ertzaintza<span style=\"color:red\"\/><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:16px; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, la Ertzaintza considera necesario recordar a la ciudadan\u00eda la conveniencia de adoptar medidas de prevenci\u00f3n que contribuyan a reducir el riesgo de ser v\u00edctima de este tipo de hechos delictivos. En este sentido, se recomienda desconfiar de:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-top:16px; margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"\/><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Personas desconocidas que ofrezcan un negocio muy lucrativo.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:16px; margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"\/><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Personas que ofrezcan d\u00e9cimos de loter\u00eda premiados a cambio del dinero.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li discapacidad ps\u00edquica, pidan cambiar gran cantidad de billetes de curso legal, por otros billetes diferentes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:16px; margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"\/><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Personas que pidan cambiar una cantidad de dinero, por dinero tintado procedente de ayudas a otros pa\u00edses.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:16px; margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Personas que, de forma excesivamente afectuosa, regalen cadenas e intenten colocarlas en el cuello style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Personas que digan ser nuevos vecinos o vecinas y le informen de fugas de agua en la comunidad, intentando acceder a su style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Personas que, sin aviso de compa\u00f1\u00edas de suministro de energ\u00eda o telefon\u00eda, se personen en su vivienda para revisar las instalaciones.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:16px; margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Personas que intenten venderles productos que no necesitan.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li de estar recogiendo firmas para una causa ben\u00e9fica intenten manipular su cartera para apuntar el DNI.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:16px; margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"\/><\/span><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"line-height:115%\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Personas que cuando va circulando con su veh\u00edculo, simulen un accidente, le hagan parar y propongan como soluci\u00f3n abonar una cantidad de dinero para no dar parte al seguro.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-top:16px; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Por otra parte, a pesar de haber registrado un descenso del 5,7% en el n\u00famero de ciberestafas denunciadas con respecto a enero de 2025, esta categor\u00eda sigue agrupando el grueso de las denuncias de los delitos inform\u00e1ticos con un total de 1.921 casos. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:16px; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span mensajer\u00eda instant\u00e1nea.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:16px; margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"font-size:11pt\"><span
