Rioja ante inundaciones (INUNCAR), se declara dentro de la fase de emergencia paso de Nivel 1 a Nivel 0.<\/p>\n<p class=\"cmParagraph\"> Motivos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Descenso del caudal vertiente por coronaci\u00f3n en el embalse del r\u00edo A\u00f1amaza, pr\u00f3ximo al casco urbano de Valdegutur, t\u00e9rmino municipal de Cervera del R\u00edo Alhama.<\/li>\n<li>Descenso de niveles en el embalsamiento de aguas del r\u00edo junto al casco urbano de Valdegutur.<\/li>\n<li>Evacuaci\u00f3n progresiva de aguas en los anegamientos de m\u00e1rgenes.<\/li>\n<li>Progresiva capacidad del cauce ordinario de asumir caudales circulantes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"cmParagraph\">Localizaci\u00f3n: Cauce del r\u00edo A\u00f1amaza y Alhama.<\/p>\n<p><\/div>\n<p><a
