Todas ellas est\u00e1n en proceso de investigaci\u00f3n. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:16px; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana,sans-serif\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\">Los delitos relacionados con las criptomonedas se investigan tanto desde las propias ertzain-etxeas como desde la Secci\u00f3n Central de Delitos Econ\u00f3micos de la Ertzaintza, que depende de la Jefatura de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal y Polic\u00eda Judicial, as\u00ed como desde la Jefatura de Coordinaci\u00f3n de Ciberseguridad. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:16px; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana,sans-serif\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\">La Jefatura de Coordinaci\u00f3n de Ciberseguridad<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\"> est\u00e1, compuesta por 26 personas, y se estructura en dos secciones, por un lado, la Secci\u00f3n de Innovaci\u00f3n y, por otro lado, la Secci\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n que, a su vez, se encuentra conformada por tres \u00e1reas diferentes: \u00e1rea de fraudes, \u00e1rea de libertad e indemnidad sexual del menor y \u00e1rea de hacking y propiedad intelectual. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:16px; text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana,sans-serif\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\">Asimismo, la Secci\u00f3n Central de Delitos Econ\u00f3micos dependiente de la Jefatura de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal y Polic\u00eda Judicial, cuenta con otros 6 integrantes. Esta secci\u00f3n, durante el a\u00f1o 2025, ha llevado a cabo las siguientes investigaciones:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-top:16px; text-align:justify; margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana,sans-serif\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt\"\/><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\">13 investigaciones por presuntos delitos de estafa.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:16px; text-align:justify; margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana,sans-serif\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt\"\/><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\">7 investigaciones patrimoniales (localizaci\u00f3n de bienes y activos ocultos de una persona o empresa para asegurar el pago de deudas, indemnizaciones o responsabilidades civiles derivadas de un delito). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:16px; text-align:justify; margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Verdana,sans-serif\"><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt\"\/><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\" style=\"font-size:11.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\">2 investigaciones por presuntos delitos de blanqueo de capitales.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top:16px;
