p\u00fablica tras incautarle 600 gramos de hach\u00eds en un registro realizado por observarle circulando en una actitud sospechosa en un patinete el\u00e9ctrico<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Los hechos han sucedido sobre las 02:00 de la ma\u00f1ana de hoy, martes, en una calle de Pasaia cuando una patrulla de la Ertzaintza ha observado a un hombre conduciendo un patinete el\u00e9ctrico en una actitud sospechosa y dirigi\u00e9ndose hacia otra persona que se encontraba en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Las y los agentes se han acercado a identificar al conductor del patinete y, al realizarle un registro superficial, le han encontrado seis tabletas de 100 gramos de hach\u00eds cada una, una peque\u00f1a cantidad de sustancia en polvo blanca y una navaja.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Por estos hechos, han procedido a la detenci\u00f3n del hombre, de 30 a\u00f1os y origen magreb\u00ed, por un delito de tr\u00e1fico de drogas y han procedido a denunciarle por sendas infracciones a la Ley Org\u00e1nica de Protecci\u00f3n de la Seguridad Ciudadana por la posesi\u00f3n de la sustancia en polvo blanco y la navaja.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">El arrestado ha sido conducido a dependencias de la Ertzain-etxea de Errenteria para realizar las correspondientes diligencias policiales y, una vez finalizadas, ser\u00e1
