A comienzos de este mes de marzo, tambi\u00e9n procedi\u00f3 a la detenci\u00f3n de otro joven por hechos similares.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"cuerpo-noticia\">\n        <!-- Cuerpo --><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Los hechos ocurridos se remontan al mes de febrero donde, el d\u00eda 2, varios j\u00f3venes accedieron a la zona de v\u00edas de la estaci\u00f3n de tren de RENFE cercan\u00edas de la localidad de Muskiz y realizaron grafitis de grandes dimensiones en un vag\u00f3n. Como consecuencia de las pintadas, la unidad afectada tuvo que ser retirada del servicio p\u00fablico ordinario para su limpieza, provocando alteraciones en la planificaci\u00f3n del transporte ferroviario.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Un hecho similar ocurri\u00f3 veinte d\u00edas despu\u00e9s en la misma estaci\u00f3n. En este caso los vagones afectados fueron cuatro y las im\u00e1genes de los grafitis fueron difundidas a trav\u00e9s de redes sociales por los autores de las mismas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">En total, la valoraci\u00f3n de los da\u00f1os causados ascendi\u00f3 a ocho mil euros aproximadamente, adem\u00e1s del perjuicio que supuso para las personas usuarias de la red de transporte ferroviario. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">El responsable de la empresa ferroviaria denunci\u00f3 los hechos y la Ertzaintza inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n pertinente con el fin de identificar a los autores. En el transcurso de las gestiones realizadas se pudo constatar la participaci\u00f3n activa de un joven de 22 a\u00f1os, de nacionalidad espa\u00f1ola, el cual que fue detenido ayer, martes, como presunto autor de un delito de da\u00f1os. De igual manera, a otro joven de 24 a\u00f1os, tambi\u00e9n de nacionalidad espa\u00f1ola, se le han abierto diligencias como investigado por su participaci\u00f3n en los mismos hechos. Este \u00faltimo ya hab\u00eda sido detenido a principios de este mes por realizar otros grafitis en diciembre del a\u00f1o pasado.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">La Ertzaintza contin\u00faa con la investigaci\u00f3n abierta para tratar de esclarecer la posible implicaci\u00f3n de estas personas en m\u00e1s hechos semejantes que se han producido en los \u00faltimos meses en la demarcaci\u00f3n de Muskiz. Asimismo, se contin\u00faa con las pesquisas para tratar de identificar al resto de participantes en esta modalidad delictiva, que provoca un impacto relevante y afectaci\u00f3n directa al servicio p\u00fablico ferroviario. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><b><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Otro joven detenido a principios de este mes por da\u00f1os similares<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">El pasado 2 de marzo, otro joven, de 23 a\u00f1os y de nacionalidad espa\u00f1ola fue arrestado por cometer un delito de da\u00f1os tras realizar grafitis en otra unidad ferroviaria en la misma estaci\u00f3n de Muskiz. En este caso, el coste de la reparaci\u00f3n del vag\u00f3n alcanz\u00f3 un valor superior a los dos mil cuatrocientos euros.
