Tambi\u00e9n se le investiga porque conduc\u00eda bajo los efectos del alcohol y ten\u00eda retirado el permiso de conducci\u00f3n por sentencia judicial.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"cuerpo-noticia\">\n        <!-- Cuerpo --><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Sobre las 19:30 horas de ayer, mi\u00e9rcoles, agentes de la Unidad Territorial de Tr\u00e1fico de Bizkaia realizaban un control preventivo de alcohol y drogas en Portugalete, en la carretera BI-728, cuando fueron alertados de la conducci\u00f3n temeraria de una furgoneta.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">El citado veh\u00edculo se salt\u00f3 el control de tr\u00e1fico haciendo caso omiso a las indicaciones de las y los ertzainas para que se detuviera. Ante estos hechos, una patrulla sali\u00f3 detr\u00e1s de la furgoneta activando las se\u00f1ales luminosas y ac\u00fasticas para intentar que parara. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">El conductor prosigui\u00f3 su huida y durante la misma embisti\u00f3 lateralmente contra el veh\u00edculo patrulla que le segu\u00eda, lleg\u00e1ndole a golpear y causarle da\u00f1os. Al llegar a la carretera BI-744, en t\u00e9rmino municipal de Sestao, la patrulla consigui\u00f3 detener la marcha de la furgoneta, de cuyo interior salieron corriendo el conductor y un acompa\u00f1ante. Uno de los ertzainas consigui\u00f3 dar alcance al conductor, el cual se resisti\u00f3 y golpe\u00f3 al agente antes de producirse su detenci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Seguidamente, se conoci\u00f3 que el veh\u00edculo hab\u00eda sido sustra\u00eddo con las llaves puestas horas antes en Portugalete. Por estos motivos, la patrulla policial procedi\u00f3 a la detenci\u00f3n del conductor, de 36 a\u00f1os y origen latinoamericano, por un presunto delito de hurto de uso de veh\u00edculo a motor y otro delito de da\u00f1os. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">Adem\u00e1s, la persona no ten\u00eda vigente el permiso de conducci\u00f3n por sentencia judicial y se encontraba bajo los efectos de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, tal y como confirmaron las pruebas realizadas. Por lo tanto, se le abrieron diligencias como investigado por\u00a0 delitos contra la seguridad vial.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\"><span style=\"font-size:14.0pt\"><span style=\"font-family:&quot;Calibri Light&quot;,sans-serif\">El arrestado cuenta con trece detenciones anteriores por parte de la Ertzaintza por diferentes delitos y requisitorias judiciales.
